In January 2024, FPA member Tmilfx reported that TechBerry was demanding that his review and forums posts about the company be removed. They promised that if he did this, the funds owed to him would be returned.
The FPA temporarily removed the material. After multiple delays over a period of more than 6 weeks, Techberry’s representative told Tmilfx
“We have grown weary of your unfounded accusations. Proceed to legal recourse, allowing the judicial process to determine the legality of each party’s actions.“
It appears that Techberry.online has no intention of keeping its promise to pay what was agreed.
Until this issue is resolved, the FPA recommends AGAINST doing business with Techberry.
Very bad customer service
I attempted to withdraw my trading profits from techberry online 6 weeks ago. After 9 days of nil action l was told my account had been suspended Re suspicion of money laundering. I have submitted many documents to prove this is not the case but l have not received any response in regards to these documents at all from techberry. Furthermore, techberry have not been able to furnish ANY proof of any money laundering ( because there isn’t any) Some 4 weeks later, l still have not received my money, my account is locked , l can’t access any of my money, including my initial deposit and my emails remain unanswered. DO NOT invest with them- their customer service is appalling.
Horrendous
They are a complete scam. Please don’t invest with Techberry. They don’t do hard sell, but they lure you in with the returns and a very good functional website. Once they returned your credit card deposits they then give you back around 30% of what you invested, then disappear. Full on theft.
Not at all response to login issue and could not withdraw money
I am using techberry.online for since January 2024, till last 2 week it was working fine and I could track and perform transactions on it. Suddenly, starting on 5th dec 2024, I started getting login error “The user name or password is incorrect.”. I tried resetting password and the system says – “We can’t find a user with that email address.”
I contacted support team at – support@techberry.online multiple times, had discussion with chat agent as well. But did not get proper response for problem.
Every time same note from chat agent – Technical team / support team is looking into it aggressively.
Did not get any kind of acknowledgement on support ticket or chat.

TechBerry shares some kind of support ticket number .. which they do not keep any acknowledgment with status to user.
Has anybody experiencing this issue with TechBerry.online?
Also I made withdrawal 2 weeks back, that money has also not deposited in my bank account.
